When you book or contact us we collect: full name, email, phone number and, if applicable, payment data processed securely. This data is used exclusively to manage your booking and the contractual relationship.
Data is used to: manage bookings and confirmations, send you relevant tour information, handle queries and complaints, and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations.
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for legally required periods (minimum 5 years for tax and accounting obligations).

The booking is confirmed when you complete the form and make payment: €120/person for Volcanoes, South, North, Mala and Famara; €150/person for North to South. All payments in euros via the website booking centre.
By accepting these terms, you certify that you have no physical impairments or medical conditions that pose a risk to you or other participants during the activity.
You agree that we may use images, photos or videos taken during the activity in any medium and for any promotional purpose, free of charge.
A date change is not considered a cancellation and incurs no extra charge. Please notify us by email as far in advance as possible.

No aceptamos responsabilidad por incumplimientos derivados de causas de fuerza mayor: condiciones meteorológicas extremas, desastres naturales, conflictos civiles u otros eventos imprevisibles fuera de nuestro control.
Al alquilar material, asumes la responsabilidad por daños o pérdidas causados por ti o tu grupo. El importe debe abonarse directamente a Bike Experiences Lanzarote.
