Bodegas Stratvs

The Stratvs (Stratvs) winery located in La Geria, very close to the Timanfaya National Park, was opened in 2008 with the aim of preserving this traditional way of cultivating grapes and wine that is unique in the world.

With a very careful architectural design that respects the spectacular environment that surrounds it, the Stratvs (Stratvs) winery offers tours of its facilities to show the production technique and elaboration of Stratvs wines, among which the white wine stands out, with its Malvasia grape, the grape so characteristic of Lanzarote’s wines.

On the pleasant, spacious terrace of the Stratvs Restaurant (Stratus), surrounded by lush vegetation and under a coloured glass canopy, you can enjoy a menu prepared with products from the Finca de Uga, Kilómetro cero, a farm owned by the Rosa Group and the gastronomic mainstay of the other hotels owned by the same group, such as Hotel Fariones and Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort on the island of Lanzarote.
In the Gourmet shop, you will find besides their Stratvs (Stratus) wines, cheeses and other dairy products from the Finca de Uga such as yoghurt and goat’s milk, butter, almogrote typical of our islands etc., and artisan products from Lanzarote, such as Canarian mojos, natural and seasoned salts, local oils and artisan jams…

Bodegas Rubicón

The tradition and know-how of Bodegas Rubicón are reflected in each of its wines.

With a unique and characteristic personality, they reflect the terroir of the area in their entire range.

Its quality is not only derived from its exceptional varietal quality and its careful elaboration, but is also a reflection of the careful work and love of detail that goes into each bottle.

In the production of Rubicón wines, traditional field work, pruning and manual harvesting are combined with the latest technological advances.

This combination of tradition and innovation and the exhaustive quality control at each stage of the process give rise each year to wines that stand out for their personality and unique bouquet.

And so, successively, within our walls, history becomes wine.

The volcanoes of the Timanfaya National Park can also be seen in the background.

During your visit to Bodega La Geria you can enjoy not only the exceptional scenery but also visit the winery, taste the wines or have a bite to eat in the bar-cafeteria..

Bodega El grifo

The oldest winery in the Canary Islands and among the ten oldest in Spain. We keep some vines from the 19th century that ripen on the hillside and are harvested by hand, one by one. Fire, wind and rock create extreme conditions from which wines with a marked character and personality are born, with which we discover the soul of a land and a climate that are unique in the world.

Bodegas Martinón

At the beginning of 2006, the Martinón family decided to launch a project to create a winery located in Masdache, in the municipality of Tías.

One of the most attractive aspects of the project was the possibility of making a single varietal Malvasia, those wines that are made exclusively from a single grape variety.

For this purpose, the family owned vineyard, which is mostly made up of vines of this noble and interesting variety, could be controlled, pampered, the exact time of harvesting decided and the appropriate treatments applied.

From the very beginning, their wines have followed a meticulously designed production plan that uses both pure Malvasia grapes and the most advanced technology. The wines produced by the winery are Malvasía 100%, Rosado de Ley and Tinto.

Bodegas La Florida

The building dates from the first half of the 19th century. It is an example of the traditional architecture of Lanzarote, which has been preserved after its restoration, municipal architectural catalogue, chronology 1.870.

Ginés González Viera is the owner of this complex, the old wine press still in perfect condition, the gourmet shop with local produce, the warehouses and the land where most of the grapes are grown for Bodegas La Florida to make its wines and its new Jameo brand of volcanic malvasia, red and muscatel.

He acquired the property seven years ago, but did not start making wine until 2012.

The property “once belonged to Luis Ramírez, who in his will donated it to some monks on the condition that the money they made from the exploitation of the estate, where there were many fruit trees and, above all, vines, would be used to finance the studies of the young people of the village of San Bartolomé”.

Bodegas vega de Yuco

Vega de Yuco is a traditional Canarian winery that exudes authenticity and innovation. The winery reveals some genuine wines, very expressive and with a unique personality.

Our winery, integrated in the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin Vinos de Lanzarote, has been combining for more than two decades: great artisan tradition, technology and innovation, to create wines of extraordinary quality in its different ranges.

Bodega Los Bermejos

At Bodegas Los Bermejos, we treat the grapes with the greatest possible respect, aware of the work and effort that goes into their care and the enormous generosity with which nature gives them to us.

We place special emphasis on taking care of their state of health by means of meticulous selection and maturation with exhaustive analytical control. Special care in its handling, without using pumps or mechanical actions that could damage it, but gravity and a gentle pressing of whole grapes complete the process of working with the grapes.

The wines are not clarified and their handling in racking and bottling is done with machinery specially designed to care for and preserve all the organoleptic characteristics.

They are wines with a particularly attractive mouth, made respecting the variety.

These are wines to drink, not to taste.
